Unregistered mail

Do expect the package to arrive in your mailbox between 2-3 working days after it is sent out. Holidays and peak seasons can cause deliveries to take longer than expected. 

We will not be liable for the cost of any delayed, damaged or lost packages, including postage costs, should this mode of shipping be selected. 

Registered mail

You can track the status of your package at www.singpost.com.sg or the respective courier's site using the tracking number provided upon dispatch of your package to the Singpost or the third party courier. 

The value of any delayed, damaged or lost package that is covered by the Singpost or the third party courier is determined at their discretion. We will not be held liable for any discrepancies that arise.
