Variety: Caturra
Notes: Blackberry, Red Grape, Hard Candy

Harvested from smallholder farms around the village of Aponte, the high altitudes yield dense and incredibly flavourful cherries. This lot was dried with a portion of the mucilage intact, giving a rich fruit forward character and a deep sweetness of hard candy.
