A unique variety that is closely related to Ethiopian heirloom varieties, Bourbon Aruzi features great cup profiles and a good tolerance to coffee leaf rust and other diseases. Under the care of Javier Quintero, this lot was put through a 30 hour underwater fermentation before being pulped and dried, giving an outstanding flavour balance and fruit forward character.
