Established in 2016, Chevas Estate has been steadily building a reputation for outstanding, high quality Panamanian coffees. We're grateful to have been able to purchase a handful of different varieties from them this year, and have been very impressed by the quality and flavour of all these lots.

This lot comprising of the Catuai variety was hand picked by native producers around El Salto. The coffee cherries are floated and sorted, and then dried in the lower beds to create a slow drying process for 33 days, resulting in a fruit forward profile that is sweet, clean and balanced.

Harvested between Oct23-Jan24 and sourced direct from farm.
