The Guracho washing station is located in the highlands of Guji, where smallholder farms located above 2100m supply ripe cherries for processing. We've always loved the floral character of washed lots from Guji, and this lot is a fantastic representation of the classic citrus and jasmine notes that define Ethiopian coffees.
