Known for its vibrant and lively cup profile, the SL28 variety was first selectively bred by Scott Agricultural Laboratories in Kenya. While it is most commonly found in Kenya, it has also shown successful adaptation in Latin America. This naturally processed lot grown at a high altitude in Jardines Del Eden is spectacularly sweet, with lively notes of mandarin and cherry over an intense sweetness of cotton candy.
