Israel Carranza runs La Fortuna, a farm located in the high altitude of the Amazonas region in Peru. Blessed with a good climate, nutrient rich soil, and being located at 1800m above sea level, coffees grown here are dense and full of flavour. Expect a smooth, rich body with juicy acidity of yellow peach and plum - perfect for a sweet, lively and syrupy espresso.
