Managed by Clever Delgado, La Huaca is a small family run farm that sits at a high altitude of above 1800m. Large swings in temperatures at that altitude cause a slow maturation of coffee cherries, giving dense and complex coffees. Expect a clean and defined flavour profile of red grape, apple, and a strong maple syrup sweetness.
