Jose Hernan Quintero began as a coffee picker, an administrator, and then finally the owner of the La Pradera farm, where he experiments with new processing techniques and unique varieties. This Red Bourbon lot underwent a multi-step anaerobic process, imparting a rich juicy character to the coffee without any hint of over-fermentation.
