Our second lot from the Lalesa station is a black honey process, with most of the mucilage left intact during drying. This creates a complex cup profile with process-driven character, giving notes of kyoho grape, cherry, and a sweetness of ripe mango - we particularly enjoy it as a milk beverage, where it gives an incredible sweetness when paired with milk.
