The Los Rodriguez family has built up a remarkable reputation for producing extremely high quality coffees, and this lot comprising of the Java variety is a perfect representation of the meticulous effort they take on year after year. Comprising solely of peaberries - where a single cherry yields a singular seed (instead of 2 halves), this washed lot carries a snappy tropical fruit acidity and an intense lingering sweetness with a delicate body.
