Grown in the highlands of Garut, West Java, this lot comprising of 100% yellow bourbon was inoculated with yeast before being dried with some mucilage. The resulting coffee is spectacularly complex yet clean, with layers of flavour that showcase the best of what Indonesian coffees can be. Expect bright and prominent notes of lemon and passionfruit, backed by the heavy sweetness of rock sugar and a lingering floral aftertaste.
