Mantesa Coffee is well known for their innovative and forward thinking processes that elevate and transform their coffees. Their well established "Ozonic" process sees the harvested cherries sterilised first, before being inoculated with specific microbial strains in order to have a predictable and well controlled fermentation step. The end result is a cup that is immaculately clean, light, and sweet - you've got to try it yourself to believe it!
