We've always been huge fans of the Pink Bourbon variety, and this lot from Monteverde captures the vibrancy and sweetness that makes it so desirable. Grown at a high altitude of 1900m, this is one of the densest coffee's we've roasted, giving an incredibly vibrant and layered cup profile with notes of mandarin, white pear, honey, and white florals.
