The Quebraditas farm is well known for using advanced processing techniques to elevate the flavours of their coffees - and this Pink Bourbon lot is an absolute treat. Intensely sweet and lively with a silky and syrupy texture, we've roasted this coffee to integrate the character of the Pink Bourbon variety and the more intense flavours added on through the processing, giving a good balance in the cup.

Harvested between Sep24-Nov24 and sourced via 2nd Mile Speciality Coffee (Singapore).
