We've blended two complementary coffees grown by Jairo Arcila - a wild and exotic Rose Co-fermented Castillo, and an Anaerobic Washed Pink Bourbon, to create an incredibly luxurious and balanced take on what a co-fermented coffee can taste like. Expect a complex and layered coffee without the cloying intensity that Co-Ferments are usually susceptible to. In the cup, you will find a round acidity of red fruits backed up by a strong syrupy sweetness and distinct notes of rose.
