Our first ever decaf offering comes from the Villa Clara Estate, and it is a stunning lot. First decaffeinated using the EA sugarcane method, it was then co-fermented with red berries, giving this coffee a sweet and fruit forward character. The low caffeine content and decaf processing mellows out the acidity and removes virtually all the bitterness, giving a cup that bursts of cherry, grape jam, and sweet white chocolate.
